The Bubble Bath Car Wash Reviews

Stopped in for a wash and it was... fine. Nothing terrible. My car came out mostly clean, and the staff seemed nice enough. No real complaints there.
But for what I paid, I guess I expected a bit more. The back still had a few spots on it. And the vacuum area felt rushed, like I was just trying to get through it and move on.

Not a bad place overall. Just not sure it’s the best value for me. If I’m already nearby, maybe I’d go again. But I’d probably check a couple other prices first...

I stopped by to use the machines after running a couple errands nearby, and overall it was kind of a mixed experience. Some of the equipment worked fine, but a few machines seemed to act up or fail at random, which got a little frustrating. Not the worst experience, but not super reliable either.

The staff were professional enough, so it wasn’t some disaster scene or anything, but the whole experience felt a little cold. I kind of felt like I was being hurried along, and there wasn’t much warmth or friendliness to it. Not awful, just not exactly welcoming either.

I went in for a car wash, and while the actual wash itself was okay, the inside of the facility really put me off. The floors were wet and kind of messy, which I get can happen at a car wash, but it felt like no one was really keeping up with it. There was some trash around the waiting area too, so it just didn’t feel very clean or comfortable to sit there while waiting. I also used the bathroom, it was gross. I’m not expecting anything fancy, but I do expect it to be at least reasonably clean. My car came out alright, but the overall condition of the place made me not want to come back.

I stopped by The Bubble Bath Car Wash thinking it would be a quick in-and-out kind of thing, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or if I just came at a bad time, but I was sitting there waiting and it threw off the rest of my plans.

For something that’s supposed to be simple, it really didn’t feel convenient. Maybe there was more going on that I didn’t see, but from my side it was just frustrating and not really worth making the trip back.

They did end up taking care of the damage issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just felt like the whole process took longer than it should’ve. Not a terrible experience, but definitely a bit slow.

I tried canceling my membership, but I kept getting charged afterward. From my experience, if a cancellation doesn’t actually stop the billing, it turns into a hassle quickly. I expected it to be straightforward, but it ended up taking more effort than it should have.

I paid for the wash, but the back of my car and the wheels still had dirt on them afterward. It wasn’t the worst experience, but whoever runs this should probably pay more attention to the details. It was just okay, and not really worth going back for me.
